I don’t know about you guys, but over the years I’ve had
trouble with my weight. I reached a time in high school where I finally got
control over it and had my best body ever! (Especially when at 20 I wound up
with mono and could eat whatever and keep my banging body) But then one day I
decided to go on birth control so I could prevent little versions of my ex and
myself from coming out of my whoha.
Let’s just say that decision has bitten my ass more than once because my
hormones just got so out of control it’s almost impossible for me to keep any
weight off unless I literally count every calorie I put into my mouth.
Well, those days are over. Now more crying my self to sleep
or crying on boyfriends shoulder (who might I add lost so much weight and
couldn’t be prouder!) I’m taking control over my health and decided to give the
whole clean eating thing a shot! What’s going to help me along the way? The
books by Cara Alwill Leyba : The Champagne Diet and Sparkle! They made me realize just how
easy eating right can be! The other thing I discovered to help me is the two
girls from Tone it Up! I was never able to watch the show but I recently
downloaded the show on iTunes (highly recommend btw) and I went on their
website and did a little research. After the research I have been sold! The
Tone it Up lifestyle is going to be my new challenge and I’m going to be
another one of their fabulous success stories!
